Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags/labels attached.

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, bodystockings, or intimate items that have been worn, tried on without protection, or show any signs of use.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.

Damaged / Wrong Items
If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at https://marimare-outfits.com/pages/contact with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
