Return & Refund Policy – Marimaré Outfits

 

At Marimaré Outfits, your confidence means everything to us. If something doesn’t fit quite right, or you simply change your mind, we’ve got you covered with a smooth return process.


 

 Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags/labels attached.

  • For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, bodystockings, or intimate items that have been worn, tried on without protection, or show any signs of use.

 


 

 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake with your order.

 


 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your own peace of mind.

 


 

Damaged / Wrong Items

If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at https://marimare-outfits.com/pages/contact with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


 

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at contact.marimare.outfits@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with the return address and next steps.

  3. Ship the item back, and once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
