Shipping Policy

Delivery areas

We ship to customers in the United Kingdom and the United States.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is £5.99. UK orders of £75 or more qualify for free standard delivery. Most UK orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

United States delivery

Standard International delivery to the United States is £23.99. Estimated delivery is 3–17 business days after dispatch. The available shipping service and total delivery charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Duties and taxes

US orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges on arrival. These charges are not collected by Marimaré at checkout and, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Order processing

Orders are processed as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. If there is an issue with stock availability or an expected delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent by email after dispatch.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses caused by incorrect customer-provided addresses.
