We carefully inspect and package every order before shipping, but if you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

 

Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Have all original tags and packaging attached.

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

 

 For hygiene reasons, lingerie, underwear, bodysuits, shapewear, and perfume cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or tried on. Please check sizing carefully before purchase.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products (lingerie, underwear, fajas, stockings, bodysuits, perfumes)

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

 

 


Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an eligible item for a different size or color:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. We’ll confirm availability and provide the return address.

  3. Once the original item is received in its original condition, your exchange will be shipped.

 


Shipping fees for size exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

 


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of proven error or defective item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service and keeping your proof of postage until the refund is confirmed.
